Return and Refund Policy

We have a strict return policy to ensure the quality and authenticity of our products:

• Return or refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the watch.

• Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product is unusable due to a proven defect.

To request an immediate refund:

• The packaging must be intact.

• All protective plastics must still be in place.

Specific case for automatic watches:

• The automatic movement of a watch is designed to function using the energy generated by wrist movements.

• If the watch stops due to lack of wear or insufficient manual winding, this is normal and does not constitute a defect. This is not a valid reason for a refund or return.

• To avoid this issue, please manually wind your watch and wear it regularly.

Repair or replacement:

• If a defect covered by the warranty is found, you are entitled to a free repair or a replacement if repair is not possible.

No refunds will be granted after 24 hours following delivery.
